Hello, I’m Ellie!

 

An Animator and Illustrator, specialising in animation, music videos and social commentary.

I use my surreal, and often magical aesthetic to create my own world for people to immerse themselves in. With this over the top aesthetic, I’m able to create experiences for people, as my practice often drifts into the world of performance art and expanded animation. With this specialism I can push through the playful, childlike aesthetic of mine, while utilising it’s charm to ensue passion and vulnerability in the often taboo subjects I undertake, focussing on climate anxiety, period poverty and mental health. With my speciality in social commentary and thorough research skills, I am open to tackling most social and environmental issues.
